Home medical consultation

General medical assessment at home for stable patients who need a prearranged visit because of mobility, convenience, or clinical circumstances.

Subject to availability, location, and clinical appropriateness. This is not an ambulance service and does not replace emergency care.

Telemedicine

Remote medical consultation for guidance, follow-up, and review of medical history or test results when virtual care is safe and appropriate.

Some symptoms require a physical examination or in-person care. The appropriate format is confirmed after an initial assessment.

General medical consultation for children

Assessment of common conditions, overall well-being, guidance for parents, and recognition of warning signs.

Provided within the scope of general practice. It does not replace specialist pediatric assessment when needed.

Electrocardiogram with medical assessment

A 12-lead electrocardiogram with clinical assessment, initial medical interpretation, a copy of the tracing, and a verifiable report when appropriate.

High blood pressure and diabetes follow-up

General medical follow-up of blood pressure, blood glucose, prescribed treatment, adherence, risk factors, and laboratory results.

Preventive medical checkup

General assessment of medical history, blood pressure, weight, vital signs, and cardiovascular, metabolic, and kidney risk factors.

Focused on prevention and early detection. Patients requiring specialist assessment are referred promptly.

Preventive cardiovascular and kidney risk assessment

General medical evaluation to identify risk factors, detect early changes, and determine whether specialist care is needed.

Clinical review and interpretation of laboratory results

Review of test results during a medical consultation, taking symptoms, medical history, and clinical findings into account.

Test results are not interpreted in isolation as a substitute for a consultation.

General medical follow-up for patients with kidney conditions

General follow-up for people with kidney disease or receiving hemodialysis, including symptoms, blood pressure, laboratory results, and warning signs.

A complementary service that does not replace nephrology follow-up or instructions from the hemodialysis center.

Wound care and basic procedures

Basic wound care, suture removal, dressings, and minor wound assessment, subject to medical evaluation and availability.

Medical certificates and reports

Medical certificates, reports, prescriptions, and other documents issued when appropriate after an assessment, with verification by code or QR.
